Hellín 22 is a new build in Santa Pola, on the southern Costa Blanca, roughly 300 metres from Platja Gran beach. It is a single block with mid-floor flats and penthouses. Every home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms in around 64 m² of living space, plus a private terrace of just over 10 m².
Living here, you can do most things on foot. The Port de Santa Pola marina is about 700 metres away, a supermarket about 400 metres and the town centre roughly 1 km. Alicante-Elche airport is around 10 km away as the crow flies, which suits owners who fly back and forth often. The nearest golf course is about 12 km away and the Cruz Roja hospital around 8 km.
The complex has a communal swimming pool and a communal garden. Each flat has lift access, a private parking space, and air conditioning that both heats and cools. The terraces face south-west, so they get the sun in the afternoon and evening.
