Set in Lo Pagán, the seaside quarter of San Pedro del Pinatar, Horizon Suites is a compact new-build scheme of seventeen one-bedroom apartments on the Costa Cálida. All of them share a single five-storey block, and each is handed over furnished, so an owner can turn up with a suitcase and start using the flat straight away, whether for family holidays or as a tourist let.
Floor areas run from roughly 59 to 90 m², and every apartment has its own terrace of between 5 and almost 18 m². The shared pool sits up on the roof next to a chill-out zone, looking out over the sea and the beach. A lift, a gated perimeter and a private storage room for each home make life easier for owners who are only here part of the year.
Playa El Castillico is about 800 metres away, so the beach is a stroll rather than a drive. Daily shopping lies around 700 metres off, and the town centre is some 1.5 km away. Golfers have Club de Golf Veneziola at about 6.5 km. For flights, Región de Murcia Airport (RMU) is 29 km away, with Alicante-Elche at 56 km.

The project
The building rises from a ground floor through four upper storeys. There is one apartment at ground level, twelve on the middle floors and four on the top floor. Each home has one bedroom and one bathroom, with a fully fitted kitchen opening onto the lounge so that cooking and relaxing happen in the same space. At roughly 59 to 90 m², the larger layouts are generous for a one-bedroom flat. Built-in wardrobes are included, and the apartments come furnished.
Outside space starts with a private terrace for every unit, ranging from about 5 m² to almost 18 m². Most of the shared outdoor life takes place on the roof, where the pool and a chill-out area enjoy views of the sea and beach. There is also a solarium for sunbathing. Every apartment has its own storage room, useful for beach gear, suitcases or anything you would rather not keep in the flat between visits.
The complex is gated, which gives peace of mind if you are away for long spells. A lift serves all five levels, so the upper apartments and the rooftop pool can be reached without climbing stairs. An energy rating has not yet been published.

Horizon Suites suits buyers after a manageable holiday flat they can use themselves and let out in between, or one or two people planning to winter by the sea.
