Horizonte Village The Villas is a new-build scheme of detached homes in Mijas, the Costa del Sol municipality that runs from the shoreline up into the sierra between Fuengirola and Marbella. These are large family houses: 4 to 6 bedrooms, 4 or 5 bathrooms and roughly 300 to 369 m² of living space, each set in its own landscaped plot of around 575 to 689 m². The villas are arranged in three blocks inside a gated complex.
Facing south-east, south or south-west, the homes look out towards the sea and the mountains. Every villa comes with a private pool, covered and open terraces of up to about 114 m², a basement, home automation, underfloor heating and pre-installation for air conditioning. Residents also have a gym.
Everyday needs are close by. A supermarket is about 1.5 km away and the centre of La Capellanía sits at a similar distance. Playa de Torreblanca is roughly 2.5 km off, while Golf Torrequebrada and Hospital Vithas Xanit International are both around 4.5 km away. Málaga Airport lies some 14 km in a straight line.
