Set in Higuerón, where Fuengirola meets Benalmádena, Waterfall Residences is a new build development of two- and three-bedroom homes in Fuengirola on the Costa del Sol. Two four-storey buildings hold ground floor flats, apartments on the upper levels and penthouses at the top, with interiors from roughly 89 m² up to 150 m².
What stands out is the outdoor space. Every home comes with a private terrace, ranging from about 23 m² to over 161 m² on the largest penthouses, and some ground floor units add a garden of their own. The buildings face south west, towards the sea and the mountains, so terraces catch the afternoon and evening sun, which is especially welcome on this coast in winter. Downstairs, residents share a pool, a children's pool and landscaped gardens, and there is also a sauna.
