Living a short stroll from the sand is the main draw of Jade, a new-build apartment development in Calpe on the northern Costa Blanca. Platja de l'Algoleja is some 300 metres from the complex in a straight line, a supermarket is just as close, and the centre of Calpe is about a kilometre off, so everyday errands rarely call for the car.
Two residential blocks hold apartments from the first floor up to the thirteenth. Layouts have two or three bedrooms with two or three bathrooms and up to 112.75 m² of living space. Every apartment has its own terrace, from 23.7 m² to 83.1 m², and one unit adds a 25.85 m² private garden.
