Set in Las Lagunas, the busy residential district of Mijas on the Costa del Sol, Jardines de Las Lagunas II is a new-build development on the edge of Fuengirola. Daily life here works on foot. A supermarket is roughly 200 metres away, shops and schools are close by, and the Cerros del Águila centre is about 1.5 km away. That makes the scheme particularly sensible for anyone moving to Spain permanently, or for a second home you can use easily without a car.
Most of the homes are apartments with one to three bedrooms, spread across twelve blocks of up to six storeys. There are also a few ground-floor units and a number of penthouses. Living areas run from around 65 to 150 m², and every home has its own terrace, reaching almost 165 m² on the largest.
Leisure is close as well. Playa del Castillo is about 1.5 km away, as is Cerrado del Aguila Golf, and Fuengirola's marina is roughly 2.5 km off. Málaga Airport is about 20.5 km away as the crow flies, which keeps journeys home short.
