In Torrevieja on the southern Costa Blanca, La Hoya is a new build development of 120 apartments, every one of them with two bedrooms, two bathrooms. The homes are spread across seven blocks, with ground floor flats, two middle levels and penthouses on top. Living areas run from roughly 77 to 81 m², and each home has its own terrace of between about 18 and 102 m².
Everyday errands are easy here: a supermarket sits around 800 metres away as the crow flies, and the Centro de Salud San Luis health centre is about 900 metres off. Torrevieja town centre, Playa de La Mata and the Real Club Náutico marina are each roughly 3.5 km away, with a golf course at around 4.5 km.
Behind the gate, residents share pools, gardens, a padel court, a barbecue area and a children's play area. Below ground you have a private parking bay plus a storeroom. Apartments come furnished, with air conditioning that heats as well as cools. Alicante-Elche airport is about 33 km away, and Región de Murcia airport roughly 44 km.

Each of La Hoya's seven blocks has a ground floor and three levels above it, with the top level given over to penthouses.
