Sunset Lakeviews is a small new-build development of detached villas in Torrevieja, on the southern Costa Blanca in the province of Alicante. Every villa follows the same plan: three bedrooms, two bathrooms and roughly 142 m² of living space, with a basement below, a private pool, and a garden that ranges from about 248 to 336 m² depending on the plot. The outlook takes in the garden, the pool and Torrevieja's pink lagoon.
What stands out about the location is how much is close at hand. Quirón/USP Hospital San Jaime sits around 300 metres away, as does a supermarket. As the crow flies, Playa de La Mata is about 1.5 km off, La Mata's town centre roughly 3 km, and the Real Club Náutico marina 3.5 km. A golf course lies some five kilometres from your gate.
