The development is made up of eight contemporary detached villas, each on its own walled plot. Inside, the layout is straightforward: a living and dining area with an open kitchen, a utility room, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them en-suite. Living space comes to 106.9 m². Outdoors there is a 56.4 m² terrace, partly covered, a garden of 150 to 213 m² depending on the plot, and a flat roof that serves as a solarium with non-slip tiling. Every villa has private parking.
Kitchens are handed over fully fitted, with white gloss units, Silestone worktops and branded integrated appliances. Bedrooms have built-in wardrobes, and the bathrooms come with resin shower trays behind glass screens. Ducting is in place for a ducted heating and cooling system; you choose and add the units yourself. PVC frames hold double-glazed windows, several rooms have motorised blinds, and the cavity walls are insulated. You also get to choose the ceramic floor tiles.
On security, each house has an armoured front door, an entry phone and a safe. The boundaries combine white rendered walls with safety glass, and the paved parts of the garden are laid in printed concrete in a colour and pattern of your choice. No energy rating has yet been published for the scheme.
