Sungolfbeach is a small new-build development in Villamartín, Orihuela Costa, roughly 600 metres as the crow flies from the Club de Golf Villamartín course. Two blocks rise over a ground floor and three upper levels, holding apartments with 2 or 3 bedrooms, each with 2 bathrooms, and interiors of about 65 to 92 m².
Outdoor space is where the units differ most. Every apartment has its own terrace, yet sizes run from around 11 m² on some middle floors to more than 130 m² on the most generous, so the position within the building matters as much as the floor plan. Beneath the blocks sit an underground car park and storage rooms, a lift serves every level, and residents share a communal pool.
Villamartín sits slightly inland from the coast. Playa de Aguamarina is about 4.5 km away, a supermarket roughly 700 metres, and Hospital Universitario de Torrevieja around 5.5 km. For flights, Región de Murcia airport is closest at about 34.5 km, with Alicante-Elche at 43 km.

Sungolfbeach is made up of two blocks, each with a ground floor plus levels L1 to L3. Inside you will find three apartment types: ground floor, middle floor and top floor.
