Lomas Unique A is a new build development in Fuengirola, set in the hillside neighbourhood of El Higuerón on the Costa del Sol, with one to three bedroom apartments spread across six blocks. Its raised position gives outlooks towards the sea, the mountains and the communal gardens, yet Playa de Torreblanca is only about 900 metres away and the La Capellanía centre roughly 1.5 km.
Interiors range from 63 to 105 m², and every home comes with a private terrace of between 33 and 51 m², which in this climate effectively works as a second living room. Most flats sit on middle or top floors; ground-floor homes are few, so a private garden is the exception rather than the rule. Hot and cold air conditioning, underfloor heating, lifts and an underground car park are part of the package.
On site there is a gym, sauna, padel court and barbecue area. Fuengirola marina and Golf Torrequebrada are each around 4 km off, and Málaga airport is about 15 km away, which keeps travel days short for owners who fly in and out regularly.
