The villas face south or south-east and look out to sea.
The comfort comes from the technical installations rather than show. An aerothermal system drives both the underfloor heating and the reverse-cycle air conditioning. Home automation, a fibre connection and double glazing complete the setup. There is plenty of space for kayaks, bikes and outdoor furniture, with a basement, a storeroom, a utility room and a garage that holds more than one car.
