Majestic Paradise is a new-build apartment building in Bigastro, a small town where the centre and a supermarket sit roughly 300 metres from your front door. Every flat has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, set across a ground floor and three upper storeys served by a lift, with a private space in the underground car park for each home.
Bigastro lies in the Vega Baja, the farming valley inland from the Costa Blanca coast, right next to Orihuela. The building occupies one of the higher parts of town, so residents look out across the valley towards a distant strip of sea. Hospital Universitario Vega Baja is about 5 km away and Vistabella Golf around 7 km.
The coast takes a short drive: Playa de Los Náufragos is 20.5 km as the crow flies and Marina Internacional 21 km. Majestic Paradise is a single residential block of 24 flats: six on the ground floor, twelve spread over the first and second floors, and six on the third and highest level. Each home has two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and two bathrooms, with living areas ranging from 61.3 to 80.2 m². Layouts are open plan, the fully fitted kitchen flowing straight into the sitting and dining space.
Which floor you pick largely decides your outdoor space. Every flat has a private terrace, and the ground floor terraces are the most generous at 50 to 60 m². On the top floor, each flat also gets its own rooftop solarium, the obvious spot for taking in the view over the Vega Baja. The middle floors pair a terrace with a little more shelter and privacy.
