Martalia is a new-build scheme in Benalmádena on the Costa del Sol, set a little way back from the shoreline with south-facing homes and views out to sea. Two buildings rise over a ground floor and three upper levels, holding ground-floor flats, middle-floor apartments and penthouses. Every unit offers three to five bedrooms and two to four bathrooms across roughly 84 to 166 m² of living space, and each comes with its own terrace measuring from about 26 m² to almost 127 m².
The real draw is what sits inside the gates. Alongside the outdoor pool and landscaped grounds, owners get an indoor pool, a sauna, a gym and a padel court, which keeps the place useful in the cooler months. Below ground there is a covered garage with an EV charger, plus storage rooms.
