Set across two blocks, Top Views is a new-build development in Benalmádena on the Costa del Sol, in the province of Málaga, with ground-floor flats, mid-floor flats and penthouses. Every home has two bathrooms and either two or three bedrooms, and the living space ranges from 124.5 to 399.8 m². All of them have a private terrace, and the largest reaches 293.5 m², which gives the top-floor homes a serious amount of space outdoors.
Daily errands are quick to handle from here. The Hospital de Alta Resolución de Benalmádena and a supermarket are each roughly 600 metres away, the centre of Benalmádena around 1.5 km away, and Golf Benalmadena Pitch & Putt just 300 metres away. Playa de Arroyo Hondo is around 2.5 km away in a straight line, with a marina at about 4.5 km.
Málaga airport is around 10 km away, which makes short stays and frequent trips easy. On site there are a shared pool with a separate children's pool, a gym, communal gardens and garage parking with an electric vehicle charge point.
