Nine blocks, each with a ground floor and four storeys above, hold ground-floor flats, mid-level flats, top-floor flats and penthouses. Layouts come with two or three bedrooms and two or three bathrooms, and living space runs from roughly 82 to 209 m². Almost every home has its own terrace, ranging from about 24 m² to 134 m².
Residents share an outdoor pool, a heated-season alternative in the form of an indoor pool, a gym, a sauna and landscaped gardens, all behind a gated entrance. Each home comes with garage parking and a storage room. Distances as the crow flies: Río Real golf course and the Río Real centre are both around 1.5 km away, the beach and Hospital Universitario Costa del Sol about 2.5 km, Marina Marbella roughly 3.5 km and Málaga airport about 35 km.

MedBlue Fase I, II & III is laid out as a gated urbanisation of nine blocks. Every block rises from a ground floor through four upper levels, served by a lift.
