Set in the quiet residential district of Altos de los Monteros, Medblue Fase IV is a new build development on the eastern side of Marbella. It is spread over three blocks, with ground floor homes, middle floor apartments and penthouses. Each home has two or three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and living areas range from about 82 to 118 m². The district backs onto green, wooded land and is calmer than the seafront, yet the rest of Marbella is close. Río Real golf course is about 1.5 km away, the beach roughly 2.5 km and Marina Marbella 3.5 km. The Hospital Universitario Costa del Sol is around 2.5 km away, which matters if you plan to live here year-round.

Medblue Fase IV is made up of three blocks of up to five storeys: a ground floor and four floors above it. Most homes are on the middle floors.
