My Dream II is a single block of eight semi-detached homes, all built to the same design. Each has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, one of them en suite, across 143.65 m² of living space. Every house comes with a private terrace of 36.33 m², its own garden ranging from 151.3 to 200.1 m² depending on the plot, a private pool measuring 4.50 by 2.50 metres and a private garage. From inside, the outlook is over the pool and the courtyard.
The kitchen arrives fully fitted, with wall and base units, a sink and a porcelain or equivalent worktop. Bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. Bathrooms are finished with wall-hung or countertop basins, shower trays with glass screens and tiling, and both kitchen and bathrooms have plaster false ceilings. Floors are ceramic with a laminate-style finish, lighting is LED, both direct and indirect, and there are TV points in the living room and bedrooms.
An aerothermal heat pump system handles heating and hot water, and the houses are pre-installed for ducted air conditioning that can heat as well as cool. Lacquered aluminium frames with thermal break and Climalit-type double glazing help keep summer heat and winter chill outside, while the facade is clad in natural stone. Security comes from an armoured front door with a high-security lock and an in-house safe. Terraces are laid with non-slip stoneware, and balcony railings combine aluminium with safety glass.
