Residencial Dune is a small new build development in Dolores, a quiet town in the Vega Baja area, inland on the southern Costa Blanca. What you buy here is a detached single-storey villa rather than a flat: three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a heated private pool. Living space runs from roughly 118 to 126 m², and each villa sits on its own plot with a garden of about 198 to 246 m².
The layout is built around outdoor living. An open-plan living area with kitchen of more than 45 m² connects to the terrace and pool through a glazed sliding wall over 8 metres wide. The homes also come with home automation, double glazing, pre-installed air conditioning, underfloor heating in the bathrooms and private parking. The complex is gated, with an entry phone at the entrance.
Day to day, the location keeps things simple: Dolores town centre is about 1 km away and a supermarket around 900 metres. La Marquesa Golf in Rojales is some 6.5 km off. Residencial Dune is made up of detached villas laid out entirely on the ground floor. Each one has three double bedrooms and two bathrooms; the main bedroom has its own en-suite and an open dressing area. Living space ranges from about 118 to 126 m².
