Nature is a new-build development in San Miguel de Salinas, an inland town in the south of the Costa Blanca, set so close to the centre that you can stroll there in a few minutes, roughly 400 metres on foot. The building rises from ground level through seven upper storeys and offers two and three bedroom apartments, each with two bathrooms and between about 65 and 80 m² of living space.
Outdoor space is where this scheme stands out. Every home has its own terrace, ranging from around 18 m² to almost 157 m², while the ground floor units add a private garden of roughly 19 to 102 m². Shared amenities include a large swimming pool, a separate paddling pool for children, landscaped gardens and a gym.
For everyday life the location works well. Shops and schools are nearby, a supermarket sits about 400 metres away, the nearest golf course is around 4 km off and Torrevieja's university hospital is 7 km in a straight line. The coast at Playa Cala La Mosca is an 8 km hop.
