Set in Atalaya on the eastern side of Estepona, Naya Residences is a new build development on the Costa del Sol, roughly 200 metres from El Campanario Golf Course. It is laid out across eight blocks of up to four storeys, with ground-floor and middle-floor apartments offering two or three bedrooms, the same number of bathrooms and around 97 to 206 m² of living space.
Outdoor space is where these homes stand out. Nearly every apartment has its own terrace, ranging from about 29 m² to more than 290 m². Inside the gated grounds residents share landscaped gardens, outdoor pools, a heated indoor pool, a gym and a sauna, while underground parking, hot and cold air conditioning, underfloor heating and solar panels complete the package.
Everyday needs are close by. Salduna beach and the centre of La Alquería-El Paraíso are both around 2 km away, a supermarket about 1.5 km and HC Marbella International Hospital roughly 4.5 km. Gibraltar is the nearest airport at about 47 km, with Málaga at around 52 km.

Naya Residences is made up of eight blocks, each with a ground floor and three upper floors. There are two apartment types, ground floor and middle floor, all with two or three bedrooms and two or three bathrooms. The principal bedroom has an en suite bathroom, the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, and living areas run from about 97 to 206 m². Almost every home has a private terrace, partly covered, of roughly 29 to 293 m². Kitchens are fully fitted and there is a utility room.
The complex is gated, with an entry phone at the access. Shared facilities include landscaped communal gardens, outdoor pools and a heated indoor pool, so swimming remains an option through the winter. There is also a gym, a sauna and a solarium. Lifts serve every floor and connect to the basement, which houses the underground car park. Depending on orientation, apartments look out over the mountains, woodland, the gardens or the pool.
The specification is thorough. Each apartment has air conditioning for both cooling and heating, underfloor heating that extends to the bathrooms, double glazing and electric blinds. A safe and a fibre optic connection are included, useful if you plan to work remotely from Spain. Photovoltaic panels on the complex generate electricity and help keep running costs down. Besides El Campanario Golf Course at around 200 metres, Atalaya Golf, El Paraíso Golf and Guadalmina Golf are all in the area.
