Right beside El Campanario Golf Course, Serene Atalaya Fase I is a small new-build scheme of semi-detached houses in the Atalaya neighbourhood of Estepona. The nearest fairway is roughly 100 metres away, and the homes look out over golf, mountains, gardens and the pool.
Every house has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, with between about 171 and 207 m² of living space. Outside there is a private terrace of 41 to 107 m², a solarium and a private garden of anything from 58 to almost 310 m². A storage room and private parking for more than one car come with each home, and air conditioning plus underfloor heating keep the rooms comfortable whatever the month.
The practical side is well covered. Salduna beach and the centre of La Alquería-El Paraíso are each about 2 km away, a supermarket is around 1.5 km off and HC Marbella International Hospital is roughly 4.5 km away.
