Set beside the Coblanca urbanisation on the Benidorm side of town, Noa Garden is a small new-build development in La Nucia made up of nine detached villas. Every house sits on its own plot of 480 to 642 m² with a private pool, and the rooftop solarium looks out over the sea and along the coast from Calpe to Benidorm.
At 342.2 m² of living space, with four or five bedrooms and the same number of bathrooms, these villas suit buyers who want room and privacy rather than shared facilities. The lower level has its own entrance from the plot and can become a self-contained guest flat, which matters if family visits are a regular part of your year.

The development consists of nine detached villas of 342.2 m² each, spread over two main floors, a lower ground level and a roof terrace. Downstairs, the kitchen with its island and Miele appliances runs straight into the dining and sitting areas, which open onto a covered porch facing the garden and pool. A double bedroom with its own bathroom on this floor is handy for guests.
