It is a single detached residence with five bedrooms and five bathrooms, roughly 1,216 m² of built area including some 602 m² of terraces, on a plot with a private garden of almost 1,200 m².
The address in Lomas del Virrey, with the Sierra Blanca behind and the coast in front, is what many buyers will weigh first. Playa del Ancón is about 1 km away as the crow flies, Golf La Dama de Noche about 1.5 km and Marbella town centre around 4 km. Shops are close by and the nearest hospital is roughly 2.5 km off. Noura Villas is a gated collection of three villas in Lomas del Virrey, and Moon is the largest of them.
