Location is a large part of the appeal. Measured as the crow flies, Playa de la Fontanilla sits about 1.5 km from the villas, Golf La Dama de Noche around 2 km, Marbella town centre 4 km and La Bajadilla marina 5 km. Málaga airport, the natural gateway for flights to the UK and northern Europe, lies some 43 km distant, with Gibraltar at roughly 55 km.

Virrey 3 comprises three villas, each with its own private garden.
