For anyone who would rather leave the car in the underground garage, daily errands are simple too, with a supermarket roughly 100 metres from the door.
Spread across two blocks, the homes are mid-floor apartments and penthouses with 2 or 3 bedrooms and 2 or 3 bathrooms. Interiors range from around 82 to 162 m², and every unit has its own terrace of roughly 13 to 74 m². Residents share a pool set in landscaped gardens, along with a gym and a sauna.
The energy rating is A, at 23 kWh/m² a year, helped by double glazing and air conditioning that heats as well as cools, so the flat is as pleasant in January as in August. Málaga Airport sits some 19 km away in a straight line, and the Campo Los Lagos golf course roughly 3.5 km.
