Just a short stroll from the sea, Edificio Venecia is a small new-build development in central Fuengirola on the Costa del Sol, with the town centre roughly 100 metres away. Playa de Santa Amalia lies about 200 metres off as the crow flies, and the moorings of Puerto Deportivo de Fuengirola around 500 metres, so the morning swim, the shopping and an evening walk by the harbour rarely call for a car. Public transport is close at hand.
The building rises over a ground floor and three upper levels. Homes sit at street level, on the first and second floors and as penthouses on top, each with two or three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Interiors run from approximately 67 to 138 m², and every home has its own terrace of roughly 6 to 19 m².
