Barely a hundred metres from Playa del Conde, O-Porto Beach is a small new-build scheme in Torre de la Horadada, the seaside district of Pilar de la Horadada at the southern tip of the Costa Blanca. There are eight flats in a single three-storey building, so it feels more like a private address than a resort.
Layouts range from one to three bedrooms with one or two bathrooms, and living space runs from roughly 56 m² to 85 m². Each flat has its own terrace, from around 8 m² up to nearly 27 m². The shared pool is on the roof, alongside a sun deck and a barbecue spot with sea views, and a lift serves every floor.
Day-to-day errands are easy on foot or by bike: a supermarket is about 700 metres away and the centre of Pilar de la Horadada about 3 km. Club de Golf Las Ramblas de Orihuela is roughly 5 km off, and Hospital Universitario de Torrevieja is 11 km. Murcia airport (RMU) is the closest at about 33 km, with Alicante-Elche around 49 km away.
