Set about 200 metres from the cove of Cala de la Lombriz, Vivalife Beach is a new-build development in Torre de la Horadada, the seaside district of Pilar de la Horadada at the southern end of the Costa Blanca. It is a single building of ground floor plus five storeys, offering ground-floor flats, middle-floor flats and penthouses.

Every home has two bedrooms and one bathroom, with around 70 to 81 m² of living space. What really separates one flat from another is the outdoor space: private terraces range from roughly 19 m² to just over 146 m². Residents share a swimming pool, a communal garden and a jacuzzi, and cars go into an underground garage that includes an EV charging point.

Daily errands are easy, with a supermarket about 900 metres away. Dehesa de Campoamor and the Puerto Deportivo Miguel Caballero marina are each around 2.5 km away, and Club de Golf Las Ramblas de Orihuela is about 4 km off. Region of Murcia Airport is the nearest at roughly 33.5 km, while Alicante-Elche is around 48 km away, which gives you two options for flights home.

The project

Vivalife Beach is one residential building rising six levels, from the ground floor up to the fifth floor. Ground-floor flats come with their own terrace, most homes sit on the middle floors and the penthouses occupy the top. The layout is consistent throughout: two bedrooms, one en-suite bathroom and a kitchen that opens straight onto the living area. Living space runs from about 70 to 81 m². Every flat has a private terrace, and these vary considerably, from around 19 m² to just over 146 m², so the main choice is really how much outdoor living you are after.

The building is surrounded by a communal garden with a swimming pool, and some homes look out over the greenery and the water. There is also a jacuzzi for residents. A lift serves the floors, and the building is accessible for people with reduced mobility, which helps whether you arrive with suitcases, a pushchair or a walking aid.

Below ground there is a basement with an underground garage containing private parking spaces and an EV charging point, along with storage rooms. Inside, the flats have fitted wardrobes, double glazing and air conditioning that both cools and heats. Hot water comes from a solar heating system, and visitors are let in via an entry phone. Public transport, shops, the sea and the port are all close by.
