Set a short stroll from the middle of town, Oasis Guardamar is a new-build apartment block in Guardamar del Segura, on the southern Costa Blanca in the province of Alicante. Errands barely need planning here: a supermarket sits roughly 100 metres from the building, and the centre lies some 400 metres off as the crow flies.
The sea is just as easy to reach on foot. Platja Babilònia is about 900 metres away, while Port Esportiu Marina de les Dunes and the nearest golf course are each around 2 km out. Guardamar is also known for the pine woods that grow on its dunes, a pleasant place for a morning walk.
Within a gated plot, a single building of five storeys holds two- and three-bedroom flats of roughly 78 to 106 m², each with two bathrooms and its own terrace. Outdoor space ranges from a modest 7 m² to more than 60 m², so it pays to compare layouts. Residents share a pool and landscaped gardens, with open-air parking at ground level.
