Edificio Emperador is a new build apartment building in central Guardamar del Segura, the town on the southern Costa Blanca where the River Segura meets the Mediterranean. It rises over a ground floor and four upper storeys, and every home in it has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with living space from 86.6 to 122.9 m².
The appeal here is how little you need a car. The town centre starts roughly 200 metres from the door, a supermarket sits about 100 metres away and Platja Babilònia is a walk of around 700 metres. Port Esportiu Marina de les Dunes and a golf course are each about 2 km off. For flights home, Aeropuerto de Alicante-Elche is closest at around 23 km as the crow flies, with Región de Murcia airport at roughly 52 km.
Up on the roof is a shared swimming pool, and each flat has its own terrace, ranging from 7.5 m² to an outdoor area of about 182 m². Hot water is produced by aerothermal heat pump, air conditioning is pre-installed and a lift serves every floor.

Edificio Emperador is a single, compact block made up of a ground floor and four upper levels, reached by a lift designed to be usable by residents with reduced mobility. The flats share one layout brief: three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with internal space between 86.6 and 122.9 m². Cooking and sitting happen in one open kitchen-lounge, and the kitchen is handed over fully equipped. Each home also has fitted wardrobes, a utility room, porcelain tiled floors and double glazing that insulates against both heat and noise. Air conditioning is pre-installed, aerothermal technology supplies the hot water and lighting is LED.
