Los Pacos is the part of Fuengirola people tend to choose when they want the town's amenities without living on top of the seafront bustle, and Ocean Garden Residence is a new build development right in that neighbourhood. It is made up of three blocks, each with a ground floor and three storeys above, offering apartments with two or three bedrooms and two bathrooms throughout. Living space runs from roughly 60 to 97 m².
Every home comes with its own terrace, starting at around 23 m² and reaching just over 168 m² for the largest. Orientations are south-east or south-west, so you can pick between morning sun and light that lingers into the evening.
