Set in Fuengirola on the side of town that edges towards Mijas, Astra Homes is a new-build development of apartments with one to three bedrooms spread across four blocks. Everyday life here is short-range: a supermarket sits roughly 400 metres away, the centre of Campo-Mijas about 1.5 km, and Playa de los Boliches around 1 km as the crow flies. Fuengirola's marina is about 2 km off.
The blocks rise from ground level to ten storeys, which is where views come into play: sea, mountain and panoramic outlooks are all listed, with homes facing either north or south. Living space ranges from about 68 m² to 225 m², and some apartments come with a private terrace of up to just over 83 m².
Behind the gated entrance, residents share a pool with a separate paddling pool for children and well-kept landscaped grounds, plus a sauna, a jacuzzi and a fitness room. Cars go in the garage, which has charging points for electric vehicles. Campo Los Lagos is the nearest golf course at roughly 3.5 km, and Málaga Airport is around 17 km away.
