Playa de Torreblanca is roughly 100 metres from Óleo, a new build development in Carvajal, Fuengirola, on the stretch of Costa del Sol where the town meets Benalmádena. The homes sit in two buildings and are all middle-floor apartments. They range from compact single-bedroom layouts of about 74 m² to three-bedroom residences of almost 193 m². Nearly every unit has its own terrace, and those terraces differ hugely in size: around 26 m² at the small end, more than 170 m² at the top.
Inside the gated grounds, owners share a communal pool, an indoor pool, a gym, a sauna and communal gardens. Lifts serve the floors, and the outlook from the complex is towards the sea.
Day to day, a car is largely optional. A supermarket is about 200 metres away, the centre of La Capellanía 2 km, Puerto Deportivo de Fuengirola 3 km and Golf Torrequebrada 4.5 km. Hospital Vithas Xanit International is 5 km away. Carvajal train station connects the neighbourhood with Fuengirola, Málaga and Málaga Airport, which is 15.5 km away as the crow flies.
