Torre Biznaga is a new-build tower in Fuengirola where the sand of Playa de Torreblanca is roughly 200 metres from the door and a supermarket about 100 metres away. Across eight residential floors it offers two and three bedroom apartments, crowned by two duplex penthouses, with living areas from around 98 m² to 188 m².
What distinguishes this building on the Costa del Sol is how much of its leisure is under cover. A heated indoor pool, gym, sauna and jacuzzi stay just as useful in January as in August, which matters if you intend to winter here. Every home comes with a private terrace of between about 21 and 75 m², and the tower looks east, south and west, with sea views.
Fuengirola's marina sits around 3 km off, Golf Torrequebrada 4.5 km and Málaga airport roughly 15.5 km, so a long weekend flight is easy to organise.
