Olivara Living Fase I is a new-build apartment scheme in Alhaurín de la Torre, a town just inland on the Costa del Sol. You live among locals here, with Málaga city and the coast an easy drive away. The development is a single building with a ground floor and two upper storeys. The flats have one to three bedrooms and roughly 55 to 119 m² of living space. Every home has its own terrace. A few ground-floor flats add a small private garden, and the largest terraces are on the top floor, at around 112 m².
The location works well for daily life. The town centre is about 700 metres away, a supermarket roughly 600 metres, and there are schools and public transport nearby. Golfers have Lauro Golf around 5 km away. Playa del Lido is about 7.5 km as the crow flies. Málaga Airport sits only about 6.5 km off, which is a real advantage if you fly in and out often.

Olivara Living Fase I is one apartment block with three levels: ground, first and second floor. The smallest layout has one bedroom and one bathroom in about 55 m².
