Olivara Living Fase II is a new-build development in Alhaurín de la Torre, sited so that everyday errands can be done on foot: the town centre is roughly 700 metres away as the crow flies, with a supermarket at around 600 metres. Shops, schools and public transport are all close at hand. The municipality lies inland on the Costa del Sol, southwest of Málaga city.
This phase comprises a single building with apartments on the ground and first floors. Layouts offer one, two or three bedrooms and living areas of approximately 55 to 90 m², and each home has a private terrace. Two ground-floor units add a small private garden. Within the gated grounds, residents share an adult pool, a children's pool, a gym and landscaped gardens.
