Pinet Beach II is a new-build apartment scheme in La Marina, the seaside district of San Fulgencio on the southern Costa Blanca, around 900 metres as the crow flies from Platja del Pinet. That beach is backed by dunes and coastal pines, a protected landscape that keeps this part of the shoreline calm and green. Both the centre of La Marina and a supermarket sit about 1 km away, so daily errands need not involve the car.
The current price list covers one building with a ground level and two floors above it. Homes have 2 or 3 bedrooms and 2 or 3 bathrooms, with living areas from 78 to 120.7 m². Every apartment comes with its own terrace, and some of the ground-level units add a private garden. Residents share a pool inside a gated plot, and there is a lift plus a car park beneath the building.
