Set on the hillside of Altos de los Monteros, Quintessence Fase I and II is a new-build development in Marbella, on the eastern side of town along the Costa del Sol. The appeal is a quiet residential setting with the essentials close at hand: Campo de Golf Río Real sits roughly 900 metres away as the crow flies, the beach about 2 km, Marina Marbella around 3 km and the Hospital Universitario Costa del Sol about 2.5 km.
Twelve low-rise blocks of three storeys make up the scheme. Buyers choose between ground-floor, middle-floor and top-floor apartments or a penthouse, each with two or three bedrooms and between roughly 81 and 127 m² of living space. Every home comes with its own terrace, the largest exceeding 200 m², and a share of the ground-floor units add a private garden.
Homes face south-west, so terraces catch the afternoon and evening light, with views towards the sea and the gardens. Shared amenities include a heated pool, a gym with sauna and a residents' bar, all inside a gated site staffed by round-the-clock security.

Quintessence Fase I and II is laid out as twelve blocks, each with a ground floor and two upper levels. Ground-floor homes may come with a private garden of roughly 22 to 195 m² alongside their terrace, while the floors above hold middle and top-floor apartments plus the penthouses.
