Soleil is a new-build development in Marbella on the Costa del Sol, with two- and three-bedroom apartments and penthouses around 900 metres from the Río Real golf course. Eight blocks rise to a ground floor plus four storeys, and every home has its own terrace of roughly 21 to 100 m². Living areas run from about 91 to 125 m², with two or three bathrooms.
The location is practical for everyday life. The centre of Río Real is about 1 km away, the beach roughly 2 km and Marina Marbella around 3 km, all measured as the crow flies. Hospital Universitario Costa del Sol is about 2.5 km away and a supermarket about 2 km. Málaga Airport is roughly 35.5 km away and Gibraltar about 61 km.
Inside the gated grounds are landscaped communal gardens, a heated indoor pool and a gym. The homes have air conditioning for heating and cooling, underfloor heating, double glazing and home automation, so they stay comfortable in winter as well as summer. That matters if you plan to spend more than the holiday months here.

Soleil is laid out across eight blocks, each with a ground floor and four storeys above. The homes are split between ground-floor apartments, middle-floor units, top-floor apartments and a small number of penthouses. Every home has two or three bedrooms and two or three bathrooms, with internal living space of roughly 91 to 125 m². The blocks face east, so terraces catch the morning sun, and the outlook is over the gardens and the pool.
The terrace is the main outdoor space for each property. It is private, partly covered and ranges from about 21 m² to almost 100 m² depending on the unit. A solarium is also among the features. Indoors you get fitted wardrobes, double glazing, satellite TV connection and a home automation system. Air conditioning provides both cooling and heating, backed up by underfloor heating for the cooler months.
Shared facilities centre on landscaped gardens, a heated indoor swimming pool and a gym, which means swimming and training are possible all year without leaving the development. The complex is gated, with an entry phone at the access. Cars are kept in communal parking that includes a charging point for electric vehicles. There are no private gardens: the ground-floor apartments also have a terrace rather than a plot of their own.

Who is Soleil for?
Soleil works well for golfers who want Río Real within walking distance, and for couples or small families for whom two or three bedrooms are enough. The heated indoor pool, the gym and the underfloor heating make it a sound choice for year-round living as well as a second home used outside peak season. One point to weigh up: none of the homes has a private garden, ground floor included, and parking is communal.
