Residencial Almirante Beach is a small new-build scheme in San Pedro del Pinatar, the most northerly coastal town of the Costa Cálida in the Murcia region, on the edge of the Mar Menor. It consists of three-bedroom, two-bathroom bungalows arranged in a single two-storey building, and each one comes with its own swimming pool: on the terrace for the ground-floor homes, up on the rooftop solarium for those above.
The appeal here is everyday convenience. As the crow flies, the centre of San Pedro sits roughly 600 metres away and a supermarket around 300 metres, so errands and evenings out need no car. The sand at Playa Villananitos is about 1.5 km off, an easy bike ride, while Los Arcos del Mar Menor hospital and the closest golf course are each around 6 km away.
For flights, Región de Murcia (RMU) at 29 km is the nearest airport. Alicante-Elche (ALC), 54 km to the north, gives you a second choice of routes.
