Seven Diamonds is a small new-build scheme of detached villas in Estepona, located in the Atalaya district on the Costa del Sol. Golf is what sets the location apart: Atalaya Golf & Country Club lies roughly 400 metres from the plots, practically on the doorstep. On the map, Salduna beach is about 1.5 km off, and the local centre of La Alquería-El Paraíso around 2.5 km.
The villas come with three or four bedrooms, a matching number of bathrooms including en-suites, and somewhere between 245 and 373 m² of interior space. Outside, the proportions grow further. Terraces run to roughly 190 to 300 m², partly covered, there is a solarium with a jacuzzi, and the landscaped gardens cover 536 to 797 m². Every house faces south, with outlooks towards the sea, the mountains and nearby woodland.
