Step out of Skye Casares Golf, a new build complex in Casares, and the fairways start roughly 100 metres away, with the beach about 2 km off. The scheme is spread across ten blocks of three storeys. Every home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with roughly 100 to 117 m² of living space.
What really sets one home apart from another is outdoor space. Terraces range from around 18 m² to more than 152 m², so a penthouse offers a very different way of living outside than a first-floor flat. Residents share a swimming pool, landscaped gardens and a gym. The grounds are gated with an entry phone, and each home comes with its own space in a garage fitted with an electric car charging point.
For everyday errands, Manilva's town centre is about 3 km away, and the Hospital de Alta Resolución de Estepona is a similar distance. The Puerto Deportivo de la Duquesa marina lies 4.5 km off. Gibraltar is the closest airport at around 29.5 km, while Málaga is some 73 km away.
