Bliss Homes is a new-build development in Casares, on the western Costa del Sol, where the nearest golf course lies roughly 100 metres from the complex. As the crow flies, the sand is around 1.5 km off, Manilva's town centre about 2.5 km and the moorings of Puerto Deportivo de la Duquesa some 4 km. For hospital care, the Hospital de Alta Resolución de Estepona is roughly 3.5 km away. The setting mixes countryside and suburb, with shops close by.
Nine three-storey blocks make up the scheme, offering apartments with two, three or four bedrooms, two or three bathrooms and between about 99 and 180 m² of living space. Every home has its own terrace, from around 17 m² up to 149 m², and a share of the ground-floor flats add a private garden of 25 to 112 m².
Residents share a swimming pool, landscaped grounds, a gym and a barbecue spot, while cars go in the underground garage. Flying in, Gibraltar airport is 29 km away and Málaga 73 km.

The complex is laid out as nine contemporary blocks, each with a ground floor and two upper storeys. Ground-floor homes form the largest group, with middle-floor apartments on level one and top-floor units on level two. Layouts run from two to four bedrooms with two or three bathrooms, and the main bedroom has a private bathroom attached. Living areas range from about 99 to 180 m². The buildings face west, so terraces catch the afternoon and evening sun, and outlooks take in the golf course, gardens and pool, with wide panoramic views from various points.
Each apartment has a private terrace, partly covered, measuring roughly 17 to 149 m². Some ground-floor homes also have their own garden of between 25 and 112 m². Indoors, the kitchen opens onto the lounge and is supplied complete with units. Bedrooms have built-in wardrobes, and ducting is pre-installed for air conditioning that can both cool and heat. Homes are sold unfurnished, connected to electricity, mains drinking water and a telephone line.
