Sotomar by the Sea is a small new-build scheme in Marbella, in the Cortijo Blanco district, made up of four detached villas roughly 100 metres from Playa de San Pedro. That proximity shapes everyday life: a morning swim in the sea needs no car, and the terraces and solarium look out across the water and the sand.
Each villa offers four or five bedrooms with a matching number of bathrooms, plus 488 to 527 m² of living space spread over three floors linked by a lift. Outside you get a covered terrace of around 93 to 97 m², a private pool and a plot of 752 to 889 m², with a private underground garage beneath the house. Underfloor heating, air conditioning for both heating and cooling, and home automation are part of the specification.
The western side of Marbella keeps the practicalities close too. As the crow flies, the centre of San Pedro Alcántara is around 1.5 km away, HC Marbella International Hospital about 600 metres and Real Club de Golf Guadalmina roughly 2 km. Málaga Airport is some 48 km off, Gibraltar 50 km.

The scheme consists of four detached villas within an urbanisation on the beach side of Cortijo Blanco. Every villa sits on its own plot of 752 to 889 m² and is arranged over three storeys, connected by a lift. Living space ranges from 488 to 527 m². Buyers choose between four and five bedrooms, each layout with as many bathrooms, and bedrooms come with en-suite bathrooms. The kitchen is fully fitted and opens onto the lounge. Porcelain floor tiles measuring 1.20 x 1.20 metres, glazing that reaches the ceiling and double-height areas define the interior, and there is also a daylit study and a games room with a poker table.
Outdoors, each villa has a private garden, its own swimming pool, a covered private terrace of roughly 93 to 97 m² and a solarium. Views take in the sea and beach in a wide panorama, with the garden and pool closer to hand. There are no communal amenities: everything happens on your own plot, which gives a high degree of privacy.
