Suite Mijas II is a new-build scheme in Mijas for buyers who would rather stroll to the shops than take the car: a supermarket sits roughly 400 metres away and the Campo-Mijas centre about 1 km. The motorway starts right next to the complex, so Fuengirola, Marbella and Málaga are within easy reach without threading through narrow streets first.
There are 312 apartments in total. Layouts range from studios of around 40 m² up to three-bedroom penthouses with just over 107 m² of living space. Each home comes with its own terrace, between roughly 7 and 51 m², plus a garage parking space, and most also include a storage room.
