Suite Mijas III is a new build development in Mijas, on the Costa del Sol, and it suits buyers who want daily life within easy reach. There is a supermarket roughly 400 metres from the gates, the Campo-Mijas town centre is about 1 km off, and the motorway can be joined straight from the development. Schools, shops and public transport are all close by.
The current price list has ground floor flats, middle floor apartments and penthouses spread over three blocks. Each one has two or three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with internal space of around 57 to 90 m². Every home has its own terrace and a parking space, and most also have a storage room.
Campo Los Lagos golf course is around 1.5 km in a direct line, Playa de Santa Amalia beach about 2 km and Fuengirola marina about 2.5 km. Málaga airport is roughly 20 km.
