The View Marbella Phase 1 is a small new-build scheme in Marbella on the Costa del Sol, and La Quinta Golf & Country Club is roughly 300 metres from the gate. It consists of three blocks no taller than three storeys and offers penthouses and ground-floor homes. Each one has 3 or 4 bedrooms and four bathrooms, with around 174 to 234 m² of living space. Terraces range from 130 to 424 m², and some of the ground-floor homes also have a private garden of 69 to 192 m².
Life inside the complex revolves around wellbeing. Alongside the communal pool and a children's pool there is a heated indoor pool, together with a sauna, a jacuzzi and a gym. The homes face south-west, so terraces catch the afternoon and evening sun, and the views take in the sea and the mountains.
Daily errands stay local. The centre of Artola is about 500 metres away, while a supermarket and the Nueva Andalucía health centre are both around 3 km off. Playa de San Pedro is 5 km as the crow flies. Málaga airport is about 48.5 km away and Gibraltar's is 52 km.

The View Marbella Phase 1 has three blocks, each with a ground floor and two upper levels. There are two types of home. The ground-floor units open straight onto outdoor space, and some of them have a private garden of 69 to 192 m². The penthouses sit at the top and come with a solarium. Every home has 3 or 4 bedrooms and four bathrooms, including at least one en suite, and living areas run from about 174 to 234 m². Terraces are unusually large at 130 to 424 m². The kitchen opens onto the lounge, a separate utility room handles laundry, and fitted wardrobes and a storage room are included.
The shared grounds are landscaped gardens with an outdoor pool and a separate shallow pool for children. For cooler months there is a heated indoor pool, while the gym, sauna and jacuzzi cover exercise and recovery. Cars go in the communal garage.
The site is fully enclosed, visitors call through an intercom at the entrance and staff provide security around the clock. Because the homes face south-west and look out over the sea and the hills, the terraces are usable living space well into the evening.
