Tiara is a new-build development in Benahavís on the Costa del Sol, and its most telling detail is the neighbour: La Quinta Golf & Country Club sits right alongside the complex. The small centre of Artola is roughly 500 metres away, so a coffee or a newspaper does not require the car.
The homes are apartments with three or four bedrooms, spread across seven blocks of four levels. Ground-floor, mid-level and top-floor options give you a choice between direct garden access and a higher outlook. Interiors measure around 144 to 186 m², and every unit comes with a terrace of 55 to almost 151 m², which is generous by any coastal standard. Some homes add a private garden of about 17 to 118 m². With east and south orientations and sea views, outdoor living is clearly the point here.
Playa de San Pedro is around 5 km away in a direct line, while a health centre in Nueva Andalucía and a supermarket are both about 3 km off. Málaga Airport is about 48.5 km away and Gibraltar 52 km.
