The homes have two or three bedrooms, two bathrooms each and roughly 62 to 81 m² of living space. Ground-floor homes come with a private garden of 25 to 51 m². First-floor homes have around 72 to 74 m² of outdoor terrace, and the solarium with its summer kitchen makes eating outdoors easy.
Cox is a working Spanish town rather than a holiday resort, and the location reflects that.
